Tents
Per Stadium policy, any free standing tent (exclusive of EZ-Ups) must be installed by an approved vendor. Nevada Tents (702-436-8050) has been serving SuperNats customers for most of the event’s 11 year history. Tent availability and delivery are first come, first serve so get your orders in early. Tents will be installed on November 11th, 12th and 13th only.

Stadium management has an aversion to stake holes in the parking lot asphalt. Therefore, bring weights for your EZ-Ups and awnings because $150 per hole will be charged for asphalt repair for holes not made by the approved tent vendor.

TENT RENTALS ARE BETWEEN YOU AND THE TENT VENDOR, SO ENSURE THAT YOUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE ACCURATE. TO ELIMINATE MISTAKES, IT’S BEST IF A TEAM RESPRESENTATIVE IS ON SITE WHEN THE TENT IS GOING UP (SUNDAY, MONDAY OR TUESDAY).  NOTE THAT ALL TENT TENSION LINES AND STAKES MUST BE WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF YOUR PIT SPACE.  SKUSA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES RELATING TO TENT RENTALS.
