SuperNationals XXV Teams who are considering renting a tent for this year’s event
Due to numerous events occurring during the same week as the SuperNationals, we urge you to evaluate your need for any tents early in order to assure your order can be filled. Please take a moment to review this important information.
SuperNationals XXV Rental Tent Information
Exclusive Tent Vendor: Source 1 Events
The EXCLUSIVE rental tent vendor is Source 1 Events. NO OTHER TENT VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED ON SITE. Their contact info is below. They also have additional rental items – like tables, chairs, linens, and rental equipment. Contact them ASAP to order what you will need, based on your requested pit space. We will work with them to finalize the size and location of your rental tent and equipment. Remember, a 20x20’ tent will not fit in a 20x20’ space. The tent needs room for stakes to hold it down. Keep this in mind when determining your pit and tent size.
Preferred Tent Sizes
Tent sizes will be limited to 20-feet and 30-feet in width. Special orders will be considered at a premium rate.
Source 1 Events will be installing tents on a first ordered - first installed basis. An “Early Bird discount” of $2.00 per square foot will be applied to all orders received and paid by 07/15/2022. All orders placed or paid after 07/15 will be charged at the premium rate of $2.50 per square foot and all orders place within 30 days of the event date of Nov. 16th will be charged a rate of $3.50 per sq. ft.
