By submittal of an event entry application, or any purchase through this website, I agree to hold SKUSA, together with its owners, heirs, assigns, officers, representatives, agents, employees and members, harmless from all liability. This includes, but is not limited to: injury to persons, property, employees and/or reputation that may be sustained by me; from all claims of said injuries to parties listed above growing out of, or as a result of the event contemplated under the entry form; or caused by any construction or conditions of the course over which the event is held. SKUSA always reserves the right to refuse participation or attendance at any SKUSA sanctioned event, at our sole discretion.
I have reviewed the event website at www.superkartsusa.com and SKUSA Rulebook and understand the rules and policies contained therein. Furthermore, I have reviewed and understand the cancellation/refund policy as stated below:

Event Fees - SKUSA will provide a refund of paid event fees (including entry, pit passes, transponder rental), less an 8% processing fee, up until the cutoff deadline. After this date, no refund of event fees will be granted -- unless SKUSA is able to immediately re-sell the event entry.

SKUSA Membership Fees - No refund of annual SKUSA membership fees will be given after processed.

Transfer of Event Fees - Transfer of an entry from one driver to another will NOT be allowed.

Undelivered Product - SKUSA will provide a refund, less an 8% processing fee, of the purchase price for cancelled orders of undelivered hard goods (practice tires, race tires, etc).

Delivered Product - SKUSA will provide a full refund, less shipping and a 10% restocking fee, for delivered hard goods received back by SKUSA prior to the cutoff deadline, and which meets the following requirements: (i) a return merchandise authorization is issued by SKUSA in advance, and (ii) the product(s) are returned to SKUSA in NEW condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Reserved Pit Spot Fees - No Refund will be given after paid unless the spots can be reassigned and re-sold at standard pricing.
*SKUSA reserves the right to revise event parameters without prior notice.
