NOTE: If this is your first transaction through the online store, you have the option of clicking on the “Create New Account” link when prompted and complete the forms presented. Then, for subsequent transactions, just enter the login ID and password you created to retrieve your stored entry profile. SPECIAL NOTE: Login ID and password cannot contain blank spaces.Pre-Entry – Enter Before the Cut-Off and Save! The definition of a “PRE-ENTRY” is an entry received, with payment, at the ProKart Challenge office before midnight on the TUESDAY prior to the event, and will qualify for the pre-entry pricing. Entries after this cut-off will have to be submitted at the event (starting Friday morning) at walk-up pricing. See pricing below. All race pre-entries will be confirmed via email within 2 business days of receipt at the PKC/SKUSA home office. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours, please call 951-491-0808 to confirm that your entry has been received and is in process. Pre-Entry closes at Midnight on Tuesday, June 3rd. Anyone wanting to register for the race or Friday's practice after that time will have to sign-up at the track on Friday starting at 7:00am or Saturday starting at 6:30am. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) at the time of submittal of your first SKUSA membership/licensing application or first SKUSA race entry. Be sure to check the Classes section of this site or sections 15.3 and 20.1.2 of the 2014 SKUSA Rulebook for minimum age requirements of each class. Map And Directions ( Google Maps ) Use Gate 1 (main gate) for entry. Overnight Parking Trailer parking overnight, will be allowed starting Thursday morning, June 5th, and will be at no charge. The track will be holding their own practice day on Thursday, but PKC will be handling pit parking on a first come-first served basis, starting with the PKC sponsors. See below for gate hours. Overnight Camping Overnight camping in the pits will be allowed inside trailers and toy haulers only. RV parking will not be available at the kart track, but will be available on the lower level of the raceway premises in lot 2. Don’t worry about reservations, just show up. Gate Hours Front Gates to the Raceway open at 6am every day and close at 10pm every night. Gates to the kart track open: Thursday 7am, Friday 7 am, Saturday 6:30 am. Pit Spaces The pit spots at Simraceway are on a first come-first served basis, starting Thursday morning with the PKC sponsors. PKC is not charging for pit spaces at this track. Tents/Tent Rentals Any tent over 400 square feet must be inspected and approved by the fire department prior to any on-track activities, starting with Friday practice. If you need to rent a tent, you must use the track’s exclusive vendor HDO Productions (800-225-1471). Catering/Food Services A food and drink concession stand will be open during this event. Any OUTSIDE catering must be contracted thru the track’s exclusive company Levy Restaurants ((707-939-1454). Air Boxes for Honda Engines The silencer is open spec and air boxes are optional at this event. All other classes (S5 and TaG) require them as part of the Technical Specifications. Pit Parking & Pit Rules
1 and 2 day spectator passes are available through the online store and at the track throughout each event. These passes include pit access, thus enriching the spectator experience through up close contact with the drivers and crew. Prices are $15 for a 1-day pass and $20 for a 2-day pass. Kids 5 and under are FREE, but everyone must sign an insurance waiver.
