Birel racers are making up a solid contingent this weekend at the MG Tires SuperNationals XI presented by Mazda in Las Vegas, NV this weekend. The event will be held at Sam Boyd Stadium and feature top Birel pilots from across North America. Several Birel pilots have shown strong qualifying runs during Thursday’s “shifter” & “TaG” qualifying sessions. Full story on EKN |

The next six days will represent ‘SuperNats Week’ here at EKN, as the Superkarts! USA’s 11th edition of the MG Tires SuperNationals XI Presented by Mazda is set to take place at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. Following five long days of racing from November 14-18, a total of 10 class winners will add their names to the history books after standing on the top step of the victory lane podium. Barring unforeseen circumstances, we plan to provide an I-Card broadcast beginning with Round #3 practice on Wednesday and continuing throughout the event. If you’ve used the I-Card real time data system before, you know how invaluable it is to keep tabs on your driver AND the competition. This is particularly true at a “hot pit” event like the SuperNationals. If you aren’t familiar with I-Card, check it out at www.icardus.com. I-Card dealer Sharon Barros of Empire Karting will be onsite to handle rentals and purchases of the handheld receivers. - I-Card Classic (card only) purchase price is $129.95
- I-Card Classic Combo (card + GameBoy) purchase price is $180.00
- I-Card Classic (card only) rental fee is $50 for all five days
- I-Card Classic Combo (card + GameBoy) rental fee is $60 for all five days
If you own a GameBoy Color, Gameboy Advance or Gameboy SP handheld unit, charge it up and bring it with you. You will then only need to rent or purchase the I-Card receiver card. |
