 SuperkartsUSA’s owner Tom Kutscher officially announced today that Motul Grand Prix 2T will remain the spec oil for Supernats 13, despite efforts to switch to Kal-Gard SK-2 2-stroke oil. “We have every intention of switching over to Kal-Gard’s products, once they have been fully tested and have garnered the confidence of all of our major teams. The plan to switch over in 2009 just came up too quickly, without ample time for our racers to become comfortable with the products and the company behind the products. We appreciate both Motul and Kal-Gard working with us as we work to provide the best products for our competitors.”
Watch for announcements in the coming weeks regarding SKUSA’s spec requirements for the 2010 season.
