VENUE INFORMATION
Willow Springs Kart Track Overnight Parking and Camping Trailer parking and overnight camping will be available at no cost BASED ON THE GATE HOURS BELOW starting Thursday night, and it will all be first come-first serve. Willow Kart track gates will be open Thursday 7am-10pm, Friday 6:30am-10pm, Saturday 6:30am-11pm, and Sunday starting at 6:30am for final move-out. Overnight campers must be inside the gates by closing time each night or risk being locked out. Reserved and Unreserved Pit Spaces We will not have reserved Pit Spots at this event. It will be first come, first served. Spectator Tickets Normally, 1 and 2 day spectator passes are required -- and are available through the online store and at the track throughout each event. Prices are $15 for a 1-day pass and $20 for a 2-day pass. Kids 5 and under are FREE, but everyone must sign an insurance waiver. HOWEVER: Willow Springs charges all attendees a $10 gate fee at the front entrance. Spectators will NOT have to purchase a separate pit pass from PKC at this event, as the gate fee covers their insurance wristband. Only mechanics and crew members that want access to the HOT PIT area of the track need to purchase PKC pit passes, in addition to paying the Willow Springs gate fee. Course Map For This Event NOTE: ProKart Challenge will be running this event -- as well as the Friday practice day – in the normal CCW direction. ![]() Pit Vehicles Although Willow Springs allows motorized vehicles on their kart track premises. PKC asks that no one under the age of 16 ride any motorized or non-motorized vehicles while karts are moving on track – or during move-in and move-out of the pits. Pets on Premises Willow Springs allows pets on premises, as long as they are kept on a leash. Please, no pets on the grid or in tech, and please clean up after your pet. |
