Overnight campers must be inside the gates by closing time each night or risk being locked out. See Schedule details. Overnight Parking, Pit Spots and Camping PKC has arranged for overnight parking of trailers, as well as overnight camping on site, starting Thursday, March 30th. Although there are two sizes of pit spots for this event, each reserved pit spot is $40; there are 15’x30’ and 15’x40’ spots. if you are camping overnight in your pit spot, the charge is $50 as a flat fee for up to 3 total nights – in addition to the cost of your pit spot. If you wish to reserve a pit spot, purchase it here. If you are going to camp in your sleeper trailer in your pit, please also pay the camping fee here. ( RV Parking Update 3/23 : Since the RV spots have sold out for Streets of Willow, we are now allowing RV's in the pits, but you must purchase enough pit spots and the Camping Fee to accommodate it. Note: Any RVs or large Rigs with landing gear MUST use pavement protection to prevent damage. Otherwise, charges will apply. There are only (6) RV spots available at this time, and they are approximately 20' x 60'. These spots have no hook-ups and are first come first served (SOLD OUT) Clutch Gear Allowed for Willow Springs Event We have had many questions regarding the clutch gear for the PKC event at the Streets of Willow track. To clarify the rules (which have been published in the pdf for each engine):
Pets On Premises Dogs are allowed on the kart track premises, but must be kept on a leash at all times. No dogs allowed on grid. Please pick up after your pet. Reserved and Unreserved Pit Spaces An unreserved pit space is included at no charge with your race entry. However, the location of unreserved spaces is determined on a first arrive, first serve basis with no ability to choose a location or pit neighbor. As a result, you could arrive at “dark-30″ on Friday morning and still be a football field from the pre-grid or worse yet, you can’t get to the event until Saturday. Therefore, we have provided the ability to pre-reserve a pit space(s). In this manner, you choose the space you want now and that space will be available whenever you arrive. There is labor required to administrate pit space reservations, so a cost is involved. However, you will hopefully view the nominal $40/space charge as well worth it. Reservation Instructions Team Managers with block requests or those that need an irregular sized pit space, should call (951) 491-0808 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Reserve your Pit Space now in the Online Store Spectator Tickets – NOT Needed, unless you are a crew member or mechanic that needs access to the HOT PIT and/or TECH/SCALES areas. 1 and 2 day spectator passes are available through EventBrite and directly on the Spectator Pass page for this event. These passes include pit access, thus enriching the spectator experience through up close contact with the drivers and crew. Prices are $15 for a 1-day pass and $25 for a 2-day pass. Kids 5 and under are FREE, but everyone must sign an insurance waiver. Willow Springs charges all attendees a $10 gate fee at the front entrance. Spectators will NOT have to purchase a separate pit pass from PKC at this event, as the gate fee covers their insurance wristband. Only mechanics and crew members that want access to the HOT PIT area of the track (and tech/scales) need to purchase PKC pit passes, in addition to paying the Willow Springs gate fee.
