| Important Supernats Updates Regarding Rio Hotel Rooms, Ground Transportation, Pit Spots and Tent Reservations |

 Hello, Supernats Attendees! As the 2013 Supernats event approaches, we wanted to send out a few updates and reminders. We are looking forward to a record attendance this year, and do not want you to miss out on having a prime pit spot and a suite at the All Suite Rio Hotel and Casino, our host hotel!All information about pit spots and tent reservations have been posted here. Please read them carefully prior to submitting your written pit spot request. If you have not made your hotel room reservations yet, you need to make them right away! Our SKUSA room block is SOLD OUT, and may be closed shortly. Use this SKUSA link in order to avoid the additional $20.00 per night resort fee! Additional hotel information is posted here.  Please note these details regarding the Rio’s cancellation policy: The hotel requires a 14-day notice of cancellation prior to the arrival date. The guest may then cancel the reservation with no penalties. However, if the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the guest will forfeit their deposit of the 1st night’s room and tax. If a room is booked within 3 days of arrival, cancellations will be allowed but the guest will forfeit the 1st night’s room and tax deposit. NO SHOWS on the first night of a reservation (without a call to cancel) will be an automatic cancel of the full reservation with a 1 night penalty of room and tax.Lastly, to assist you in planning your ground transportation in Las Vegas, we have been able to arrange a great price for shuttle service from the airport to the Rio.
