Carson Morgan claimed the victory in KA100 Senior after a wild main event (Photo: EKN) It was an interesting start to the 2022 Superkarts! USA Winter Series program with the opening round of racing contested on Saturday at the AMR Homestead-Miami Motorplex presented by MG Tires. Rain came into the Homestead, Florida area from the east, soaking the entire paddock and race course. Flooding took place around the circuit and in the paddock. Once the track was cleared, warm-up took place and then racing schedule commenced, all while only cutting a couple laps for each category on the day to finish before the sun fell below the horizon.
