Event Bulletin

  • 8/20 1:00 PM - SOLD OUT CLASSES - Pro X30 is now sold out and waitlisting, joining KA100 Senior, KA100 Master, Micro and Mini Swift.
  • 8/13 12:10 PM - CAPACITY UPDATE - Pro X30 is almost sold out!  KA100 Junior and Master Shifter are not far behind.
  • 8/11 3:30 PM - TENTATIVE SCHEDULE POSTED - We just published our Tentative Event Schedule. Due to the recent expansion of classes, we had to move KA100 Master to the morning group and adjust the lunch break as necessary. This also means that the morning group now has 7 classes in the rotation, giving you a little bit more time between sessions.
  • 8/1 1:20 PM - TEMP NUMBERS - If you have or can only pick a 1000 number in KA100 Senior, that is only a TEMPORARY number.  We will issue you a 900 number later on.

Waitlist – Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Where am I on the waitlist?
A. We don’t disclose where anyone is on the waitlists.

Q. What are my chances of getting in?
A. This is impossible to answer since in most cases, we need someone to cancel to free up a spot before we can take someone from the waitlist. As you can imagine, we cannot predict when or how many people will cancel. It is currently still very early in the registration process so chances of cancels are pretty high.

Q. Will you be opening [my class] up to 88?
A. As of this posting (Aug 3) we have already opened KA100 Junior, KA100 Senior, and X30 Pro to 88 entries. This week we will evaluate which additional class or classes we can expand. We will not be opening KA100 Master or Master Shifter beyond 44.

Q. What happens if I make it off the waitlist?
A. When you make it off the waitlist, we will email and/or text you to see if you can still make it. We understand that team, mechanic and travel plans might have been placed on hold while you were waitlisted, so we can usually give you 48 hours to respond or decide. As we get close to the event, the amount of time will be reduced to 24 and 12 hours.
