EKN Exclusive: Superkarts! USA SuperNationals 28 – Preview Series – KA100 Senior

Like the many categories we’re already previewed for SKUSA SuperNationals 28, the KA100 Senior division has also never had a repeat winner in its short six-year tenure. That said, this streak could be broken this year as three of those former winners are in the 96-driver field, including defending champion Joe Turney (MPG / Kart Republic). The British driver made his SuperNationals debut memorable with a double victory on SuperSunday, winning both KA100 Senior and Pro X30. Turney ran a limited schedule USA schedule this year, winning the SKUSA Winter Series in Pro X30 before making two other visits during the summer. The two other former SuperNats winners include veterans Brandon Lemke (SCR / CS55) and Pauly Massimino (BJR / LN Racing Kart). Lemke made the move to Speed Concepts Racing this year, but finished runner-up to Massimino in the USPKS championship chase. Massimino won at the SKUSA SpringNationals, finishing fifth in the championship despite missing the WinterNationals. Three podium results, including a victory, helped him earn the USPKS crown for 2025. Lemke was fifth last year while Massimino led before contact with a barrier took him out of the race. All three drivers are capable of walking away with another win. Read full story on eKartingNews.com
